Remote Call Center Representative

We are seeking experienced Remote Call Center Representatives to provide high-quality customer support from home. This is not an entry-level role, candidates must be comfortable handling high call volumes while delivering professional and empathetic service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls and assist customers with questions and requests
  • Provide accurate information and resolve issues efficiently
  • Maintain professionalism in fast-paced environments
  • Document all interactions in internal systems
  • Follow scripts and processes while using problem-solving skills

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a remote call center environment (non-negotiable).
  • Comfortable working in a high-volume call environment
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • High school diploma or GED required and 6+ months of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.·
  • Excellent verbal communication and strong phone etiquette.
  • Advanced soft skills – empathy, patience, active listening, and clear articulation.
  • Technically proficient – able to manage multiple systems and applications during calls.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional home workspace.
  • Reliable Laptop or Desktop

Preferred Attributes:

  • Familiarity with Louisiana parishes, local language/phrases, and community nuances.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and professionally handle escalated calls.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working independently in a remote setup.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Temporary

  • Mandatory training (100% attendance required)

Shift:

  • Day shift (Monday - Friday)
