Global Mobility Tax - Associate

As a Tax Associate, you will prepare personal income tax returns, engage with clients on tax matters, and collaborate with team members to deliver value to clients.
Responsibilities
- Preparation of Canadian and/or US personal income tax returns and related forms/deliverables
- Research and drafting of tax technical memos
- Interaction with clients to provide advice in relation to tax matters associated with their international employment
- Engage with team members to service clients and bring value to their organization
- Demonstrate critical thinking and the ability to bring order to unstructured problems
Skills
- Preparation of Canadian and/or US personal income tax returns and related forms/deliverables

- Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's Degree
- Fields of Study: Accounting, Taxation, Economics, Business Administration/Management, International Business
- Exposure to Canadian and/or US individual tax knowledge
- Strong customer service skills and experience in client facing roles
- Strong analytical, organizational, and verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure with a proactive attitude
- Ability to learn quickly and manage multiple work assignments
- Experience with MS Excel and/or other tools such as Alteryx
