Job Summary

As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a vital role in supporting our Sales Analytics team by gathering and analyzing data from various sources, including record administrators, Salesforce, and arenaflex data sets. Your attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to work independently will be essential in delivering high-quality results that drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

* Gather data from multiple sources, including record administrators, Salesforce, and arenaflex data sets

• Research and verify the accuracy of external data sources
• Clean and transform data into a format suitable for analysis
• Support record administrators in meeting requests and requirements
• Utilize Salesforce to update account information, upload data, and manage projects
• Participate in special projects and data analysis requests
• Provide customized reporting and recommendations to support business decisions
• Develop presentations with data-driven insights for various levels of management

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, data analysis, computer science)

• 2+ years of experience in data entry, data analysis, or a related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications
