Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced and skilled Customer Support Manager to join our arenaflex team. As a Customer Support Manager, you'll be responsible for leading our customer support team and ensuring that our clients receive exceptional support and service. You'll work closely with our internal teams to resolve customer issues, provide training and guidance to our support team, and develop and implement processes to improve customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Manager at arenaflex, you'll have the following responsibilities:

  • Act as a reference point for our clients in all their interactions with arenaflex
  • Work with several internal tools and softwares to monitor, organize, and resolve customer requests
  • Collect customer feedback, produce reports, and share them with the relevant team members
  • Interact with multiple stakeholders, both external (customers) and internal (software engineers, product managers, designers, and salespeople)
  • Develop and implement processes to improve customer satisfaction and reduce support requests
  • Provide training and guidance to our support team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional support
  • Collaborate with our internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve our products and services
  • Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Work closely with our leadership team to develop and implement customer support strategies and initiatives

Requirements

To be successful as a Customer Support Manager at arenaflex, you'll need to have the following qualifications and skills:

  • 3+ years of experience in a customer support or management role
  • Proven track record of improving customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with customer support software and tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Ability to train and develop team members
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Experience with customer support software and tools such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, or Salesforce
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools such as Google Analytics or Tableau
  • Experience with project management tools such as Asana or Trello
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Experience with customer feedback and survey tools
  • Experience with social media management tools
