What You'll Do
As a Remote Order/Data Entry Representative, you'll play a critical role in driving our company's success by:
- Processing customer purchase orders to meet customer and company commitments
- Striving to continually improve customer satisfaction through timely and efficient order processing
- Receiving, editing, and entering incoming customer purchase orders accurately and promptly
- Reviewing and verifying orders to ensure accuracy and resolving any unclear issues with customers
- Managing orders throughout the entire order cycle and ensuring compliance with regulations
What We're Looking For
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 3-5 years of data entry and/or customer support experience
- Computer experience, including proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and Oracle
- A minimum education requirement of a High School Diploma or GED
- The ability to be punctual, reliable, and dependable
- Residency in the Colorado Springs area
What Sets You Apart
While we're looking for candidates with a strong foundation in data entry and customer support, we're also interested in individuals who can bring a unique perspective and set of skills to our team. If you have:
- 2 years of experience in a customer interaction role
- An Associate's Degree or higher
