Job Summary
We are seeking an Experienced Full Stack Data Analyst – Leisure Products Development to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our data analytics team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing data-driven solutions to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction. You will work closely with our product development team to analyze data, identify trends, and develop insights that inform our product development strategy.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain data models, including mark-ups and limits, to support our leisure products portfolio
- Analyze data to identify trends and insights that inform our product development strategy
- Collaborate with our product development team to develop and implement data-driven solutions
- Provide regular financial reporting to senior management, including weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports
- Conduct thorough analysis of leisure product performance, including market research and competitor analysis
- Develop and maintain our Item Improvement reporting suite, including dashboards and scorecards
- Establish and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including Avis and Financial Planning
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant work experience in data analysis, preferably in the aviation or hospitality industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present to senior management and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with experience in data modeling and analysis
- Experience with data visualization tools, such as Power BI or Tableau
- Strong understanding of statistical concepts and methodologies, including regression analysis and hypothesis testing
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Economics, or related field
- Experience with programming languages, such as Python or R
- Familiarity with database management systems, such as SQL Server
- Experience with data mining and machine learning techniques
- Strong understanding of business operations and financial management principles
