Job Summary

As a Weekend Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support through phone, email, and digital chat channels. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve problems related to entertainment events promptly, multitask efficiently to manage real-time events, and manage high-volume entertainer, event staff, and customer interactions without compromising attention to detail. You'll also leverage your computer skills to navigate our support systems, CRM tools, and knowledge base effectively.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer support through phone, email, and digital chat channels

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve problems related to entertainment events promptly
  • Multitask efficiently to manage real-time events
  • Manage high-volume entertainer, event staff, and customer interactions without compromising attention to detail
  • Leverage computer skills to navigate our support systems, CRM tools, and knowledge base effectively
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide the best possible support to customers

Requirements

* Previous experience with in-person phone, messaging, and live chat support

  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in speaking on the phone, with a clear and articulate communication style
  • Strong multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail and scheduling changes required
  • Positive attitude and a strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
  • Excellent computer skills and familiarity with CRM software and support tools
  • Fluency with Google documents and spreadsheets and other Google workspace programs
  • Natural problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g. communications, customer service) preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer support or a related field
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and support
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in the entertainment industry or a related field

  • Familiarity with CRM software and support tools
  • Experience with Google documents and spreadsheets and other Google workspace programs
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative)
