Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Chat Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers through our chat platform. You will be the first point of contact for customers, resolving their queries, and ensuring that their issues are addressed promptly and professionally. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via chat, providing accurate and timely solutions to their queries

  • Escalate complex issues to senior support agents or management as necessary

Essential Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a chat support or call center environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze issues and provide effective solutions
