Position Responsibilities

As a Customer Growth Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Selling and executing promotions to grow sales and increase market share
  • Securing placement of equipment and using point-of-sale (POS) materials to drive sales
  • Transporting and replacing POS advertising and inventory levels to ensure optimal store displays
  • Restocking and building displays, sections, and racks to maintain a visually appealing and organized store environment
  • Maintaining backrooms by organizing and consolidating back stock each day
  • Supporting the team as a retail sales representative, responsible for conveying account activities to relevant stakeholders
  • Performing other duties as assigned by management

Required Education and Experience

* High school diploma or General Education Degree and 0 to 1 plus years of related experience or 1 to 2 plus years of general experience

  • Must have reliable automobile transportation, a valid driver's license, and auto insurance coverage at least to the minimum amount specified by the Company and state law

Preferred Education and Experience

* Bachelor's Degree
