Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Managing client relationships and developing tailored sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Developing and implementing cold email campaigns to initiate buying conversations with key decision-makers
  • Handling sales and client calls to build strong relationships and close deals
  • Collaborating with our team to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our clients receive the best possible service

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Proactive and results-driven approach to sales and customer success
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with cold email and sales strategy development (plus is a plus, but not a requirement)
  • Based in the United States (we're a remote-first company, but we need someone who can work with our US-based clients)
