As a Virtual Customer Support Agent, you'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, providing support via phone, video calls, and live chats. Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service via phone, video calls, and live chats
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Guiding customers through complex issues and providing solutions to their problems
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and issues
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
  • Working flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 6+ months of customer service and/or administrative experience (call center or phone support experience preferred)
  • A home office setting with a computer/laptop, internet connection, and headset hookups
  • High level of professionalism and phone etiquette for business purposes
  • Excellent typing, communication, and computer skills
  • Ability to work overtime and/or weekends if necessary
  • Willingness to submit to a standard background check, drug test, technology check, and voice assessments

Technical Requirements

To ensure seamless communication and efficient support, you'll need:

  • A CPU i5 (or equivalent), i7 recommended, No Atom, Celeron, Pentium, Opteron processors
  • Internet Download Speed 5Mbs down speed minimum
  • Internet Upload Speed 3Mbs up speed minimum
  • Network Latency Max 250 MS latency max
  • OS Win 8.1 (64bit), Win 10 (64bit)
  • RAM 4GB minimum, 8GB recommended
  • A home office set up with an ethernet cord connected to your computer
  • A desktop or laptop connected to a nearby router or wall for firewall/security purposes
