Key Responsibilities

* Provide live chat support to customers through arenaflex's website and social media channels

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Follow provided steps and instructions to resolve customer issues efficiently
  • Work independently to manage multiple chat sessions simultaneously
  • Collaborate with the support team to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* 5+ hours availability per week (flexible scheduling)

  • Reliable internet connection
  • Device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop)
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple chat sessions simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
