Job Summary

As a Remote Chat Agent, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer experiences through timely and thoughtful responses to inbound chat and text messages. You'll work closely with our team to identify and resolve customer inquiries, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to and engage in conversation with inbound chat and text messages in a timely and professional manner.

• Provide thoughtful and grammatically correct responses that meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Engage with conversations within 1 minute of receipt, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution of customer inquiries.
• Identify and report system errors or anomalies, contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer engagement platform.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics, including ERA (Efficiency Rate Average) above 10% and a set minimum number of conversations per hour.
• Operate within multiple software platforms, adapting to new technologies and tools as needed.

Education & Skills Required

* Knowledge of the automobile industry, including makes and models of vehicles.

• High-speed internet access, ensuring seamless communication with customers and colleagues.
• High school diploma or GED, with a strong emphasis on communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.

Our team operates on a flexible schedule, with two options available: Option 1:

• Monday (OFF)
• Tuesday (OFF)
• Wednesday (11:00 AM - 9:00 PM)
• Thursday (11:00 AM - 9:00 PM)
• Friday (11:00 AM - 9:00 PM)
• Saturday (11:00 AM - 9:00 PM)
• Sunday (OFF)

Option 2:

• Monday (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM)
• Tuesday (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM)
• Wednesday (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM)
• Thursday (OFF)
• Friday (OFF)
• Saturday (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM)
• Sunday (OFF)
