The Role
As a Data Entry Crew Manager, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data entry processes. You'll be responsible for:
- Entering and reviewing basic data, including lists, records, and digital forms
- Assigning and tracking tasks for a small team of 3-5 teen data entry workers
- Ensuring all data is accurate and deadlines are met
- Reporting weekly progress to a senior remote coordinator
- Helping new hires understand basic tools and task flow
Your Responsibilities
* Enter and review basic data to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Assign tasks to team members and track progress to ensure deadlines are met
- Organize team spreadsheets and reports to facilitate efficient data management
- Report weekly progress to a senior remote coordinator, highlighting successes and areas for improvement
- Help new hires understand basic tools and task flow, providing guidance and support as needed
- Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and improve data entry processes
