Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing routine service support to customers who initiate contact with our Customer Care Center
  • Communicating directly with customers, as well as internal and external service partners to effectively resolve issues, questions, and service requests
  • Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction consistent with arenaflex's core values
  • Documenting customer interactions and completing service requests to minimize customer effort or additional action
  • Demonstrating a commitment to quality through customer and service partner interactions

Key Responsibilities

* Perform customer service activities and initiatives for a broad range of products, services, and problem resolution that occurs across multiple channels for our customers

  • Deliver the CARES model to customers and service partners
  • Receive, investigate, and respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, and issues via all channels through which customers are served
  • Resolve customer service inquiries and issues, recommending appropriate solutions and referring complex or reoccurring issues
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; related experience or product knowledge preferred

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and internal/external partners
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
  • Proficiency in using technology, including computer software and hardware, to perform job duties

Compensation and Benefits

* Base salary: $34,000.00 – $59,800.00, depending on location, experience, and education
