Channel Manager, France (m/f/d)*

Our EMEA Sales team is seeking a highly driven Channel Manager who can shape the future of our products in France. In this role, you will present our solutions with expertise and passion, strengthen our market position, and ensure the competitiveness of our offering.

What you will do
  • Manage and grow existing B2B Snom VARs (Value Added Resellers), ITSPs, and Operators in France
  • Identify, engage, and onboard new potential partners (VARs, ITSPs, and Operators) across the French market
  • Build strong, long-term business relationships and help partners succeed
  • Understand customer needs and offer the right solutions
  • Lead consultative sales discussions and negotiate contracts
  • Collaborate closely with local and global teams, including Pre-Sales, Sales, Marketing, and Product Management
  • Represent Snom at trade fairs, customer events, seminars, and exhibitions
  • Report directly to the SVP Sales & Operations, EMEA & APAC
  • Strong experience in proactive client engagement and strategic business development with mid-size to large accounts
  • Comfortable working independently from a home office with a structured, self‑driven approach
  • Background in ICT channels or distribution—IT channel experience is highly valuable; a strict telecom-only profile is less necessary
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build lasting partner relationships
  • Strong understanding of customer needs and the ability to turn them into actionable plans
  • Ability to forecast territory performance accurately
  • A true team player, ready to take a leadership role in driving success
  • Willingness to travel extensively across France
  • Proficiency in English is required
