Job Description
Executive Trainers are responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions for both executive and mid-level programs using interactive and experiential methods.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver training modules in virtual and in-person formats
- Facilitate workshops, role-playing exercises, and group discussions
- Engage participants through interactive learning techniques
- Adapt delivery to audience needs and learning styles
- Support capstone session facilitation
- Provide feedback on participant engagement and performance
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor�s degree in education, leadership, or related field
Experience Requirements
- 5+ years of experience delivering leadership training
- Experience facilitating executive-level or professional development programs
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills
