The Job

As an Experienced Guest Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing unequaled customer service to our guests, handling a wide range of inquiries, and ensuring their bookings are accurate, organized, and complete. You'll be the primary point of contact for our customers via phone, email, and live chat, and will work closely with our marketing team to respond to social media comments. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide world-class customer service to our guests, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Manage various inboxes to assign non-customer emails to appropriate team members
  • Assist guests in booking and other process navigation, including transfers and cancellations
  • Manage employee travel and coordinate logistics as needed
  • Respond to social media comments in coordination with the marketing team
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of our trips and processes to provide expert advice to guests
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote our trips and services

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of customer service experience in the outdoor adventure travel industry

  • Strong knowledge of photography and understanding of lenses, camera bodies, and equipment
  • Self-starting attitude, ability to manage your own time, and start projects and take initiative
  • Proven problem-solving skills, with the ability to think ahead and juggle multiple projects without dropping the ball
  • Insane attention to detail and high standards of organizational quality
  • Positive, flexible, solution-oriented, and excited to work with a diverse team
  • Mature, coachable, and happy doing high-level projects as well as mundane tasks

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote team environment

  • Knowledge of photography software and editing tools
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team
