Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Engaging with customers via live chat to provide exceptional support and resolve inquiries related to product offerings, order status, and account issues
  • Utilizing problem-solving skills to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure seamless communication and service delivery
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of platform features and promotions
  • Adapting to diverse customer needs with empathy and professionalism, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all users

What You'll Be Doing

As a live chat customer support agent, you'll be handling incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses' websites and social media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers. You'll be working independently, but as part of a larger team, to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.

Contract Length and Rate

We offer a flexible contract with no fixed term, allowing you to work at your own pace and schedule. Our rate is $35 per hour, providing a competitive compensation package for your skills and experience.

Skills and Background

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop)
  • The ability to work independently and closely follow provided steps and instructions
  • 10+ hours of availability per week
  • A reliable internet connection
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • A customer-centric approach with a focus on empathy and professionalism

Hours and Location

We're looking for individuals who can commit to 10+ hours of work per week. As a remote worker, you'll have the flexibility to work from anywhere in the United States (or worldwide, with some flexibility). Our team is distributed across various time zones, so we're open to discussing flexible scheduling arrangements.
