Join arenaflex's Customer Success Team

We're seeking an experienced Strategic Customer Success Manager to support and grow a portfolio of high-value customers across our Iconik and Wildmoka product lines. This is a unique opportunity for a customer-focused professional to thrive at the intersection of customer success and commercial growth. As a hybrid role, you'll drive account strategy while navigating complex media workflows, building lasting relationships with key stakeholders, and identifying expansion opportunities that deliver long-term value.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage a portfolio of strategic customers across arenaflex's Iconik and Wildmoka products, ensuring seamless onboarding, adoption, renewals, and expansion

  • Build lasting relationships with key stakeholders, from technical teams to business leads, to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Proactively monitor account health and mitigate risks before they impact retention, leveraging your expertise to identify and address potential issues
  • Identify and pursue volume-based upsell opportunities in partnership with sales, aligning arenaflex solutions with customer goals to deliver measurable ROI over time
  • Act as the voice of the customer, surfacing insights to Product, Engineering, and GTM teams to inform product development and strategic decision-making
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineers to support deeper technical conversations when needed, ensuring that customers receive the best possible support and guidance
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to build high-impact customer experiences and workflows, driving customer satisfaction and loyalty

Essential Qualifications:

* 5–7 years of experience in customer success, account management, or related client-facing roles, with a proven track record of driving customer growth and satisfaction

  • Experience managing strategic or enterprise accounts in a B2B SaaS environment, with a deep understanding of the media technology and entertainment industries
  • Strong commercial instincts, with a proven ability to drive renewals and account growth through strategic planning and execution
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with technical stakeholders and build lasting relationships with key customers
  • Collaborative, curious, and comfortable operating across functions and time zones, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Organized, proactive, and driven to deliver exceptional customer outcomes, with a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with tools like Salesforce, Gainsight, or similar CS platforms, with a strong understanding of customer success metrics and KPIs

  • Familiarity with media technology and video workflows, with a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing content creators, distributors, and advertisers
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
