As a Work From Home Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional support to our clients, helping them navigate the intricacies of benefits administration and pension plans.

Key Responsibilities

As a Work From Home Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Answering inbound phone calls pertaining to customers' benefits, troubleshooting website issues, and making call backs as needed.
  • Leveraging your computer navigation skills to toggle between multiple screens and systems to provide answers and support. This may include assisting the caller in navigating the system as well.
  • Actively listening to participants to understand both verbal and non-verbal cues.
  • Fully and accurately documenting all conversations and actions taken on each interaction.
  • Answering inbound phone calls pertaining to the status of an application or general customer inquiries.

Essential Functions

The essential functions of this role include:

  • Working up to 5 hours of overtime per week.
  • Maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and accuracy.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
