About the Role

As a Customer Success Lead at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in building lasting relationships with our midmarket customers (less than 1,000 employees). You'll serve as their trusted advisor for all things compensation, ensuring they achieve their goals and see measurable outcomes. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, providing them with a seamless experience setting up and using arenaflex's compensation tools.
  • Actively onboarding new customers, ensuring they have a smooth transition to our platform.
  • Driving customer engagement through regular check-ins, product trainings, and best practices tailored to their needs.
  • Collaborating with customers to develop strategies that improve employee retention and optimize compensation practices.
  • Serving as the voice of the customer by providing feedback to product and engineering teams to refine and expand our offerings.
  • Creating and contributing to educational resources, such as webinars, guides, and case studies, to empower customers and build community.
  • Identifying upsell and expansion opportunities by understanding customer pain points and aligning them with arenaflex's solutions.
  • Partnering with sales and marketing to share insights and support campaigns, especially through LinkedIn and community initiatives.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess:

  • A passion for helping customers succeed and thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
  • A proven track record in a customer-facing role, such as Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar position.
  • 3+ years of experience in the tech industry, preferably at a startup.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
  • Strong ability to manage competing priorities while staying metrics-driven and goal-focused.
  • Adept at navigating ambiguity and building scalable processes that ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Bonus: Experience helping customers adopt new tools or processes.

About the Interview Process

Our interview process is designed to be efficient and mutually insightful:

  • [15 min] Intro call with CEO, Rani Mavram.
  • [30 min] Take-home assignment.
  • [60 min] Onsite interview (product, values, and role-specific discussions).
  • For remote candidates, we may include an additional culture/fit call on an as-needed basis.

Technology Stack

While this is not a technical role, you'll work closely with our engineering and product teams to ensure customer needs are met. Familiarity with tools like Excel, Linear, Notion, and Slack for communication and project management is a plus.
