The Role
As a Data Analyst at arenaflex, you'll be an integral part of our High-Level Investigation, Content group. You'll work closely with our team to apply scientific rigor to improve our content portfolio, marketing and distribution systems. Your expertise will help drive business decisions, identify new opportunities, and optimize our content strategy.
Key Responsibilities
* Apply advanced analytical techniques (data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, AI) to large-scale, high-dimensional data to inform business decisions
- Analyze customer behavior (e.g., viewing preferences, consumption patterns) to identify untapped customer needs and undiscovered content opportunities
- Forecast content engagement to inform procurement decisions
- Streamline our content launch and episode release process
- Test marketing strategies to enhance engagement and retention
- Develop new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance for both strategic and tactical navigation
- Provide ad-hoc analysis support to partners to drive business growth
- Effectively communicate significant results through compelling data storytelling across the organization
What You'll Bring
* Bachelor's degree in Math, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in data analysis, with a strong background in statistical analysis and AI methods
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with R and Python
- Experience with data visualization tools and techniques
- Proven ability to work independently and apply creativity to solve complex problems
- Excellent data storytelling skills through verbal, written, and visual communication
Nice to Have
* Master's degree in Data Science, Math, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
