Job Overview

As a Customer Service & Sales Support Representative, you'll be responsible for conducting engaging Zoom discovery calls with prospective clients, mastering the GoHighLevel CRM platform, handling inbound and outbound phone calls, and executing various administrative tasks that keep business operations running smoothly. You'll have the opportunity to directly impact business success while developing valuable skills in client relationship management, sales processes, and business operations in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

* Conduct engaging Zoom discovery calls with prospective clients to understand their needs and build relationships

  • Master the GoHighLevel CRM platform to manage customer relationships and execute marketing automation strategies
  • Handle inbound and outbound phone calls, providing outstanding customer service and support
  • Execute various administrative tasks that keep business operations running smoothly
  • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the entire client lifecycle
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless client experiences

Requirements

* Proven proficiency in using Zoom for professional discovery calls and virtual meetings

  • Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel CRM platform for customer relationship management and marketing automation
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle phone conversations professionally and effectively
  • Demonstrated reliability and trustworthiness in previous work experiences
  • Positive attitude and enthusiastic approach to daily tasks and challenges

  • Ability to commit to full-time schedule (40 hours per week)
