The Role

As a Remote Data Entry Clerk, you'll play a vital part in maintaining the accuracy and consistency of our client's data systems. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Transferring information from handwritten or printed documents into structured spreadsheets
  • Reviewing and verifying entries for completeness and accuracy
  • Resolving data discrepancies and tracking down missing information
  • Backing up completed work and generating summary reports as needed

What We're Looking For

* Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Word
  • Fast and accurate typing (40+ WPM required)
  • Experience in remote entry-level jobs (administrative support roles) and/or digital databases (not required but a plus)

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field (not required but a plus)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in remote entry-level jobs (administrative support roles) and/or digital databases

  • Familiarity with data entry software and systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines
