Job Overview:

You'll work closely with our team to ensure that our customers' baggage and cargo are handled with care and delivered to their destinations on time. Key Responsibilities:
* Safely lift, load, unload, and transport baggage, mail, and cargo to and from aircraft
- Safeguard cargo, baggage, and mail from damage, loss, and weather
- Operate ground equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and tow tractors in areas of congestion
- Operate baggage scanners and computers to ensure accurate routing of baggage
- Collaborate with our team to ensure that all baggage and cargo are handled efficiently and effectively
- Provide exceptional customer service to our passengers, responding to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and knowledge

Requirements:
To be successful as a Ramp Agent at arenaflex, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- At least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States
- Valid driver's license
- Proficiency in English
- Ability to pass a physical ability test (PAT)
- Ability to wear required company-approved Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and stand for long periods of time

- Experience with ground equipment, such as tugs and belt loaders
- Knowledge of airport operations and procedures
- Certification in CPR and First Aid
- Ability to speak multiple languages
