Job Overview

As a Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Making outbound calls to patients, members, and customers to schedule appointments, assess healthcare needs, and provide support
  • Conducting surveys and gathering feedback to improve our services
  • Providing benefits and insurance information to members and patients
  • Working collaboratively with our team to deliver seamless customer experiences

Qualifications

To be eligible for this position, you'll need to have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong computer skills, including data entry, screen navigation, and keyboarding
  • Experience with Microsoft Outlook and Word
  • Excellent customer service skills and a passion for helping others
  • A reliable internet connection with a minimum download speed of 100Mbps and upload speed of 20Mbps
