Job Summary

As a Customer Experience Champion: Delivery Station Associate, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers, resolving issues, and setting expectations. You'll work closely with our warehouse, associates, delivery partners, and customers to ensure seamless delivery experiences. Your expertise will help us exceed customer expectations and make arenaflex the most customer-centric company on Earth.

Key Responsibilities

* Communicate with customers directly in-person, via phone, and via email to resolve issues and set expectations

  • Empathize with and prioritize customer needs, upholding company values and respecting every customer
  • Resolve issues and make quick, effective decisions on behalf of the customer
  • Compose grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written responses to customer issues
  • Approach problems logically and with good judgment to ensure the appropriate customer outcome
  • Work a flexible Full-Time (40+ hours per week) schedule

Requirements

* High School or equivalent diploma

  • Previous experience in Customer Service
  • Ability to effectively prioritize work time to ensure efficiency
  • Experience with Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Outlook
  • Familiarity with multiple web browsers, database searching, and instant messenger tools

Essential Qualifications

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

As a Customer Experience Champion: Delivery Station Associate at arenaflex, you'll receive a competitive salary starting at $34,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $59,400/year in our highest geographic market. You'll also receive a total compensation package, including equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation. Some of the benefits include:
