Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Experience Expert & Sales Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in driving business growth, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and building long-term relationships with our clients. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying customer needs and providing personalized plans and estimates
  • Scheduling services and ensuring seamless customer experiences
  • Performing data entry and providing reports to management
  • Making outbound calls to customers and staff to drive sales and improve customer satisfaction
  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or social media in a professional and courteous manner
  • Providing product and service information, including pricing, features, and availability
  • Assisting customers with account-related questions, order processing, and troubleshooting
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively, aiming for first-call resolution
  • Escalating complex or unresolved issues to higher-level support or management as needed
  • Documenting interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system

Essential Qualifications

  • Proficiency in CRM software and other customer service tools

  • Experience in a sales or customer service role in a remote or virtual environment

  • Certification in customer service or sales
  • Experience with data entry and reporting
