Are you looking for an Engineering apprenticeship? Have you considered a career in Lift Engineering?

Stannah is looking to recruit ambitious Apprentice Lift Engineers to join our Maintenance and Repair division. You will cover a route across Dartford and the surrounding areas.

This a great opportunity to earn, whilst you learn and continue your education. You will receive a starting salary of £17,164 which will be reviewed regularly based on performance. We offer a great benefits package with our profit share bonus scheme, Simply Health, 25 days holiday, matched contribution pension scheme, shop discounts plus much more!

Apprentice Lift Engineer Responsibilities

  • Shadow qualified Engineers assisting with the servicing and repair of lifts.
  • Attend distance learning courses and complete coursework on time and to a high standard.
  • Attend training and mentoring sessions, both in person and online.
  • Participate in at least 20% off-the-job training.
  • Demonstrate the aptitude and behaviours of a future Stannah Lift Engineer.

Training and Development

  • Duration of 40 months
  • A mix of practical, mentoring and structured learning at our training centre.
  • You will achieve a qualification in Lift Engineering

Qualifications:

Apprentice Lift Engineer Requirements

  • Achieved a minimum of GCSE Grade 4 - 9 (A-C) passes in Maths, English
  • Have a keen interest in engineering or practical experience working in a related role.
  • A valid driving licence or working towards
