Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding promptly and professionally to incoming calls and emails from clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and effective manner.
  • Making outbound calls to confirm appointments and follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction with our services.
  • Providing accurate and comprehensive information about our grooming services, including pricing, packages, and promotions.
  • Scheduling, updating, and managing grooming appointments in our system, ensuring seamless communication with our team and clients.
  • Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving inquiries and concerns efficiently, escalating complex issues to senior team members when necessary.
  • Collaborating with our team to identify areas for improvement and implementing process changes to enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications:

To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will need:

  • Proven experience in customer service or a related role, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional results.
  • Experience in the pet care or grooming industry is a plus, but not required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively in a remote environment, with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in using computers, email platforms, and scheduling software, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and tools.

Schedule:

This is a full-time, remote position, requiring a minimum of 30 hours per week. You will be expected to work a standard Monday-to-Friday schedule, with occasional evenings and weekends as needed.
