Responsibilities

As an arenaflex Independent Contractor, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service: Conducting inbound and outbound customer service calls, creatively problem-solving, and quickly assessing customer needs.
• Documenting interactions: Accurately documenting details of all calls and customer interactions.
• Managing multiple systems: Navigating multiple tabs, windows, and systems simultaneously.
• Meeting program requirements: Maintaining eligibility by providing services above posted minimum standards.

Requirements

To become an arenaflex Independent Contractor, you'll need:

• Experience: A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, with a strong background in handling inbound and outbound calls.
• Computer skills: Proficiency in navigating multiple tabs, windows, and systems, as well as basic typing skills.
• Customer service skills: Strong customer service and written communication skills, with the ability to empathize and remain patient with difficult callers.
• Availability: Self-scheduling in 30-minute blocks, with the ability to commit to servicing clients as needed.

Earning Potential

As a self-employed 1099 Independent Contractor, you'll submit invoices and receive payment for completed services. Programs have varying pay structures, but most pay for time spent talking on the phone and assisting callers. You may also receive performance-based pay or other incentives.

Application and Certification Process

To become an arenaflex Independent Contractor, you'll need to:

• Complete an application: Join Liveops Nation, passing a background/credit check (with a $45 processing fee paid directly to our vendor).
• Sign an Independent Contractor Agreement: Commit to working as an arenaflex Independent Contractor.
• Complete a W9 form: Provide tax information for payment purposes.
• Meet program requirements: Participate in various programs, each with its own unique requirements.

Program Metrics Requirements

Some programs may require Independent Contractors to provide services above posted minimum standards to maintain eligibility. These requirements will be outlined in the program details.

Availability

Independent Contractors choose their own schedule, self-scheduling in 30-minute blocks. Client call availability will vary and is subject to change, but generally calls are available daily from 8am to 8pm EST, with some clients offering 24/7 call availability.
