THE OPPORTUNITY

The LPGA’s Executive Assistant (EA) provides high-level administrative and operational support to two senior executives, with potential to expand support to a third, depending on organizational needs. This role is critical to enabling fast-moving, highly visible business functions to operate efficiently and strategically.

The EA serves as a trusted partner, organizational steward, and proactive problem-solver—streamlining operations, optimizing executive bandwidth, enhancing cross-functional communication, and ensuring timely follow-through on priorities.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Executive Support

  • Manage complex calendars, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and protecting executive time.
  • Coordinate meetings, briefings, agendas, and preparation materials.
  • Handle travel planning, itineraries, logistics, and expense reports.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and serve as a gatekeeper for internal and external communications.
  • Draft and prepare correspondence, presentations, proposals, and internal documentation.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Serve as a liaison across internal teams to ensure alignment on timelines, deliverables, and priorities.
  • Track project milestones, follow up on action items, and support cross-departmental initiatives.
  • Assist in the organization of materials, reports, and information needed for executive and departmental purposes.

Operational Excellence

  • Maintain organized digital files, resources, schedules, and departmental documents.
  • Coordinate logistics for department meetings, including accommodation, equipment, meals, and scheduling.
  • Participate in special projects or assignments as requested by executive leadership.
  • If applicable based on final location decision: Participate in office rotation to support reception coverage.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Minimum of 5 years of administrative or executive support experience.
  • Strong ability to manage high-volume scheduling, logistics, and priorities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism, tact, and discretion.
  • Self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
  • Flexibility to support multiple executives with evolving needs.

Other Requirements

  • Must be able to manage highly confidential information.
  • Must be adaptable to changing priorities and business demands.
  • May require occasional travel based on executive support needs.
