Account Manager, Sports Partnerships

VegasTickets.com is a leader in live event ticketing and revenue optimization, seeking an Account Manager for Sports Partnerships. This role focuses on acquiring inventory, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding business within the sports and entertainment ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in daily inventory purchases and identify new business opportunities
  • Acquire ticket inventory from sports rights holders with a focus on pricing and selection strategy
  • Build, manage, and grow relationships with leagues, venues, and key stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the Pricing Team to optimize sell-through and sales strategies
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records and pipeline activity within the CRM system
  • Develop executive-level relationships with key decision-makers
  • Leverage industry network to generate referrals and expand account base
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
  • Partner with internal teams including marketing, product, and customer service
  • Provide market insights to inform strategy, product development, and positioning
  • Assist in creating proposals, presentations, and client-facing materials
  • Meet or exceed daily activity metrics including calls and appointments
  • Conduct both in-person and virtual sales presentations
  • Manage the onboarding process for new clients
  • Maintain and update CRM with leads, contacts, and deal progress
  • Qualify inbound opportunities and manage the full sales cycle
  • Execute sales campaigns and training initiatives as directed
  • Deliver a high level of customer service at all times

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sports Management, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum one year of proven sales success
  • Experience in primary or secondary ticket markets
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to interact with executive-level stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of professionalism and discretion
  • Willingness to work nights, weekends, holidays, and travel as needed
  • Adaptable, dependable, and team-oriented mindset
  • Strong existing network within sports and entertainment industry
  • Hybrid role based in Las Vegas
