Temporary Customer Service Coordinator

COCC is an industry-leading fintech provider delivering innovative technology solutions throughout the Northeastern United States. They are seeking a temporary Customer Service Coordinator to support the electronic forms team by managing day-to-day activities, including form validation and communication with software developers.

Responsibilities

  • Perform testing to ensure functionality for client
  • Communicate changes and updates to software engineering teams, working collaboratively across business units
  • Manage multiple cases within SLAs and work with programming as necessary to convey customer requests
  • Other projects and initiatives as agreed upon

Skills

  • High school diploma
  • Adaptable, collaborative work style with appreciation for a fast-paced work environment
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Experience working with clients and customers
  • Familiarity with banking systems, terminology and processes
  • 1 year or more experience in the banking industry
  • Experience with core banking application products
  • Experience with Jira
