[Remote] Account Executive
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. SmartZip, a Constellation1 company, provides predictive analytics and marketing solutions for real estate professionals. The Account Executive will work with clients to enhance their marketing strategies and grow their businesses through data-driven approaches.
Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly revenue targets through a combination of inbound leads and outbound prospecting
- Sell SmartZip’s predictive seller targeting and marketing solutions to real estate professionals nationwide
- Conduct discovery calls, run product demonstrations, and guide prospects through the full sales cycle
- Manage a high-velocity pipeline and accurate activity tracking within CRM systems
- Follow up quickly with inbound leads and consistently develop new opportunities through outbound outreach
- Partner with onboarding and customer success teams to ensure a seamless transition for new customers
- Stay informed on real estate industry trends and agent marketing strategies
- Run discovery calls and product demonstrations that uncover agent goals and clearly demonstrate how Smartzip helps them win more listings
- Maintain strong pipelines through both inbound lead management and proactive prospecting
- Maintain disciplined follow-up with prospects, answering questions, and ensuring opportunities continue progressing through the sales process
- Operate with urgency and consistently move opportunities toward close
Skills
- Strong communication, listening, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated with strong time management and discipline
- Ability to work independently in a remote sales environment
- 1-3+ years of sales experience in B2B, B2C, or service-based industries preferred
- Experience selling to small business owners or entrepreneurs is a plus
