Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Support Representative to join our team on a seasonal, part-time basis. As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a work-from-home opportunity, and we're looking for someone who is comfortable working independently and has a strong desire to deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat.

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Utilize knowledge of products and services to answer customer inquiries and provide solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time.
  • Stay up-to-date on product and service offerings, as well as industry trends and best practices.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma or GED required.

  • One year of customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Strong typing skills (at least 40 wpm).
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace.
  • A telephone, landline or cell, is required based on the position offered.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a call center or customer-facing role.

  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services.
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills.
