Key Responsibilities:

As a part-time Customer Service Specialist, you'll be responsible for: - Responding to customer emails and tickets via Zendesk in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshooting product issues related to hardware and equipment, providing clear and concise solutions to customers - Processing refunds, replacements, and general inquiries in a fair and efficient manner - Ensuring a high-quality support experience for all customers, meeting or exceeding arenaflex's customer satisfaction standards - Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve overall customer experience

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you'll need: - At least 3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in e-commerce or tech - Strong experience working with Zendesk, with a proven track record of using the platform to deliver exceptional support - Fluent English with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Friendly, professional, and patient demeanor, with a strong ability to empathize with customers - Ability to work at least 20 hours per week, spread fairly across most days, including weekends - Reliable internet and remote work setup, with a quiet and distraction-free workspace

Preferred Qualifications:

While not required, we're looking for candidates with: - Experience supporting wellness or consumer electronics products, with a strong understanding of the related industries - Familiarity with returns and warranty handling in e-commerce, with a proven track record of resolving complex issues
