Experienced Online Data Entry and Customer Service Support Specialist – Remote Opportunity at arenaflex

We are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Online Data Entry and Customer Service Support Specialists, working remotely from the comfort of their own homes. As an Online Data Entry and Customer Service Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will have the opportunity to participate in a variety of exciting projects, including national and local paid focus groups, clinical trials, and phone interviews. Our focus groups cover a range of topics, from child-related issues to entertainment, food, sports, electronics, pets, automobiles, and more. You will have the flexibility to choose which topics interest you the most and participate in discussions online or in-person.
Responsibilities:
As an Online Data Entry and Customer Service Support Specialist at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
- Participating in national and local paid focus groups, clinical trials, and phone interviews on various topics
- Showing up at least 10 minutes prior to discussion start time to ensure a smooth and efficient experience
- Completing written and oral instructions provided by our team
- Completing written surveys provided for each panel
- MUST actually use products and/or services, if provided, and be ready to discuss prior to meeting date
- Participating in online or in-person discussions, depending on the project requirements
- Providing honest and valuable feedback on products and services
- Reviewing and using new products or services before they are launched to the public
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
- Must have either a smartphone with a working camera or a webcam on a desktop/laptop
- Must have access to a reliable internet connection
- Desire to fully participate in one or several of the above topics
- Ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
- No experience required, but must be able to work independently
Experience:
While experience is not necessary, you must be able to work independently and have a strong desire to participate in our focus groups and clinical trials. As an Online Data Entry and Customer Service Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will have the flexibility to work part-time or full-time, depending on your schedule and preferences.
