Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for handling inbound service inquiries, providing professional service to our members, and contributing to a positive and supportive team environment. Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound service inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing timely and accurate responses to member questions and concerns

  • Utilize arenaflex's systems and tools to resolve issues efficiently and effectively
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns as needed
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex's products and services to provide informed and personalized support
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, promoting a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • At least 2 years of relevant customer service experience
  • Prior experience in a healthcare-related setting is preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong ability to manage time, multitask, and meet performance expectations
  • Team-oriented mindset with a focus on shared goals
  • Demonstrated adaptability and a commitment to learning

  • Competitive annual salary range: $33,000–$52,100
