We seek a creative and experienced designer who can translate ideas into exceptional game features and mechanics. You'll work collaboratively with talented teams, contributing to both the innovative design process and the production of high-quality games for major studios.

Key Responsibilities: As a Mid Game Designer, you will

  • Be a facilitator and main hub for all issues and decisions of design;

  • Create and maintain design documentation for any assigned projects;

  • Provide instruction, feedback and guidance for Mid and Associate Level Game

  • Designers;

  • Create and improve standard documentation within the design team;

  • Create one-pagers, full GDDs, and presentations to share design vision with the rest of

  • the project;

  • Able to comfortably work in all areas of Game Design - Narrative, Level Design,

  • Mechanics, Economy or Prototyping/Scripting;

  • Work closely with game designers from other studios;

  • Work on the 3Cs (Character, Controls, Camera) of the game;

  • Provide consistent, quality output.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in the Game Design career track;

  • Upper Intermediate (B2) / Advanced in English (C1, C2);

  • Preferred mobile, PC and Console gaming experience;

  • Excellent communication skills;

  • Excellent understanding of the fundamentals of Game Design;

  • Ability to work independently and in a team;

  • Ability to provide feedback and orientation to other Game Designers;

  • Passionate about game mechanics, game economy, documentation and game testing;

  • Strong experience with level design for various genres;

  • Cross-platform experience.

  • Problem solving and open mind;

  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to changes;

  • Leadership capacity, autonomous and proactive attitude, oriented towards results;

  • Sense of initiative, attention to detail;

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and spoken;

  • Update job knowledge proactively;

  • Ability to produce efficient software design.
