About the Role:Join Charleston Swim School as an Office Administrator, where you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations at our vibrant swim school. We are looking for an organized and enthusiastic individual to support our team and enhance the experience of our students and their families. Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily office operations, including scheduling and communication.
  • Assist in student enrollment and maintain accurate records.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional service.
  • Coordinate class schedules and staff assignments.
  • Process payments and manage financial transactions.
  • Support marketing efforts through social media and community outreach.
  • Collaborate with instructors to ensure a positive learning experience.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in office administration or customer service.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and iClassPro.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for swimming and promoting a healthy lifestyle.
  • Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
