Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media platforms
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
- Engage with customers on social media platforms to provide product information, answer questions, and build brand loyalty
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate and informative responses to customers
Essential Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, customer service) preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
