Experienced Customer Assistant – Online Order Fulfillment Specialist at arenaflex Store

You'll work closely with our technology systems to accept orders, find products in the store, and pack them ready for delivery or collection. Key Responsibilities:

* Select and pack online orders for customers, ensuring accuracy and efficiency

• Use technology systems to accept orders, find products in the store, and manage inventory
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
• Maintain high standards of Health & Safety, adhering to company policies and procedures
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications:

* Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail or a similar industry

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse groups of people
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects, with a focus on maintaining a safe working environment

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous experience in an online order fulfillment role or similar environment

• Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Experience working with technology systems, including inventory management and order processing software
