Key Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Support Agent, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Handling incoming customer support questions via live chat on arenaflex's website and social media accounts
  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing accurate and up-to-date information about arenaflex's products and services
  • Escalating complex issues to senior support agents or management as needed
  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a live chat or call center environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and resolve complex customer issues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Reliable internet connection and a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop)
  • Availability to work a minimum of 10 hours per week, with flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends

  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Fluency in multiple languages
