Key Responsibilities

Scheduling, Planning, and Customer Delivery

  • Develop and manage master production schedules to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  • Ensure raw material availability and expedite production needs to meet customer demands.
  • Collaborate across departments to optimize capacity planning, procurement, and cost efficiency.

Inventory Management

  • Lead inventory control activities including cycle counts, physical inventories, and forecasting.
  • Manage excess and obsolete inventory disposition while maintaining optimal stock levels.
  • Coordinate movement and scheduling for outside processing inventory locations.

Warehouse and Logistics

  • Oversee inbound and outbound transportation in alignment with financial and logistics policies.
  • Ensure warehouse operations are resourced for safe and efficient execution.
  • Partner with supplier quality teams to maintain vendor compliance and improve logistics processes.

Supplier Scheduling and Performance

  • Manage supplier schedules to support production and logistics efficiency.
  • Monitor supplier delivery performance and resolve escalations to maintain material flow.
  • Negotiate and manage consignment and blanket purchase agreements for key commodities.

Leadership and Continuous Improvement

  • Champion the ADMS Material Control Pillar, driving lean transformation and operational maturity.
  • Lead cross-functional projects focused on cost reduction and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and mentor a high-performing team, building a strong talent pipeline.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 4-6 years of experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or production environments with materials management responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in MRP/ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Preferred: APICS Certification (CPIM, CSCP, or CLTD) and experience in inventory forecasting and production scheduling.
