Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst Forecasting to join our team, responsible for leading the demand planning process, driving business process improvements, and identifying opportunities for cost savings. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Finance, Marketing, AI, and Workforce Management, to drive business outcomes and inform strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the demand planning process for assigned business lines, ensuring alignment with growth and scalability targets - Foster collaboration, streamline business cycles, and capture stakeholder needs across various teams, including Crowd, Finance, AI, and Workforce Management - Proactively identify opportunities for business improvement, process optimization, and automation, implementing data-driven process enhancements to existing workflows - Streamline and scale the current planning process efficiently to meet the specific needs of each business line, ensuring alignment with growth and scalability targets - Develop and maintain complex data models, forecasts, and analytics to inform business decisions and drive operational effectiveness - Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business needs, developing solutions to address these needs and drive business outcomes

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have: - More than 3 years of proven expertise in high-performance environments spanning tech, operations, strategy, consulting, banking, or related fields - Demonstrated capability in analytical skills, with a mastery of SQL and Excel - Significant knowledge of reporting tools like Sigma and Tableau, as well as a deep understanding of the data ecosystem, including Snowflake - Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work with individual stakeholders and senior leaders - A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Operations Research, or Computer Science
