The Opportunity

In this role, you'll be empowered to provide world-class customer service within our Customer Care Contact Center. You'll work with a team of premier customer care professionals to help customers with their support needs, using a range of communication channels, including inbound calls, outbound calls, and messaging. As an Experienced Customer Care Consultant, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and advance your career through arenaflex's various development programs.

Key Responsibilities

* Deliver a world-class experience for arenaflex's customers during every interaction

  • Provide personalized customer service of the highest level by establishing rapport and presenting a positive, friendly demeanor
  • Develop a deep understanding of our customers' needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service

Essential Qualifications

* Prior experience in customer service, contact center, financial services, or a similar industry

  • High School diploma or equivalent experience required (associate or bachelor's degree in business-related field preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently

Preferred Qualifications

* 1+ years' experience in contact center, financial services, or a similar industry

  • Experience in consumer banking, preferably servicing checking, debit card, savings, CD, IRA, and Trust accounts
  • Associate or bachelor's degree in business-related field
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and achieving high levels of customer satisfaction

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues

  • Proficiency in using technology, including CRM systems and communication tools
