Job Summary

As a Customer Experience Agent at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our users have an exceptional experience on our platform. You'll be the first point of contact for buyers and sellers, resolving issues, answering questions, and providing top-notch support. Key Responsibilities

* Interact with buyers and sellers to ensure a positive experience on our platform

  • Resolve customer issues related to payments, orders, shipments, and general questions in a timely and professional manner
  • Develop expertise in arenaflex's product, processes, and systems to provide accurate and informed support
  • Collaborate with other departments to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues
  • Proactively identify opportunities to eliminate repeat contacts and improve the overall customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our customer service standards

Requirements

* 2+ years of experience in a support role, handling email and/or chat services

  • Availability to work overnight shifts from 8pm-5am PST
  • Weekend availability required
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce and marketplace operations
  • Experience with customer-facing systems like Zendesk, Kustomer, or Intercom
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a customer-first mindset
  • Proactive problem-solving and process-improvement skills
  • Bachelor's degree or college experience preferred
  • Previous start-up experience is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

* Knowledge of collectibles is a plus, but not required

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
