Aerie - Stock Team Member - Early Morning
YOUR ROLEYou play a crucial part in ensuring products are readily available for our customers. As a part-time Stock Team Member, you will excel at transporting merchandise from the Stockroom to the Salesfloor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. Your passion for AEO Brand Standards, eye for detail, and organizational skills will be key to your success. While the Stockroom is your primary area, your flexibility will allow you to support the Salesfloor team and assist our guests as needed. Above all, you embody AEO values and bring your authentic self to work every day!
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Passion for Brand Standards: You are committed to keeping products flowing efficiently through effective and timely shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising.
- Stockroom Mastery: You’ll take ownership of the Stockroom, ensuring merchandise, visual props, marketing materials, and fixtures are organized and the environment is productive.
- Innovative Mindset: You identify merchandising opportunities and proactively inform store leadership, devising and executing solutions.
- Team Player: You are always ready to help your fellow team members and assist guests with non-stock-related tasks.
- Integrity Focus: You prioritize safety standards within the Stockroom and on the Salesfloor, strictly adhering to Asset Protection policies and AEO's procedures.
